Site Readiness

Wildwood Commerce Park is ready for development and ready for commerce. The Carroll-Grayson-Galax Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (dba Blue Ridge Crossroads Economic Development Authority (BRCEDA)) has ownership of the 273 acres that comprise Wildwood, which includes 100-acre and 25-acre graded sites.

These graded sites have geotechnical studies and stormwater calculations available for review. Site 2, the 100-acre graded site, includes 88 developable acres that could accommodate upward of 1.25 million square feet or more under roof. Site 4, the 25-acre site, includes 22.5 developable acres that could accommodate upward of 325,000 square feet under roof. Wildwood also includes undeveloped Site 1, which is a 105-acre parcel that is designed to yield another 50-acre site once it is graded.

Utilities– water, wastewater, electricity, natural gas, and an access road- are on-site and ready for use. Thorough and up-to-date environmental due diligence for Wildwood is also ready and available for review.
